- 5 blackberries
- 3-4 curry leaves
- ¾ ounce garam masala simple syrup
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces Hendricks gin
- Cilantro flowers (garnish)
GARAM MASALA SIMPLE SYRUP
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-2 ounces garam masala powder
Mix on the stove on medium heat until everything is dissolved.
Cover and let it cool for 1 hour without heat.
Shake and strain all the ingredients except the gin.
Add gin, shake again and strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with cilantro flowers on top.
