“Beyond providing fresh organic food for the family,” Michael explains, “we really wanted to have the kids involved and learning the connections between nature’s process and the food they eat. It’s really easy to grow up eating fluorescent orange fish crackers from a factory, but getting young kids to try cauliflower and broccoli can be daunting. Truthfully that has been the most rewarding part of the experience as the kids helped plant with eagerness, watched the crops grow, harvested and are now eating the bounty.”
The community, climate and the ability to experience nature, has brought them to the simple conclusion that they have finally found home in Malibu.
